This loose leaf tea is filled with organic and wild harvested herbs that have been used for centuries for strengthening women during their second and third trimester of pregnancy! And it tastes great too! This is a large 4 ounce weight bag of tea, and will make approximately 140 cups of tea! Which should be the perfect amount to get you thru the 2nd and 3rd trimester of your pregnancy (and it's safe during nursing too!).

✷ DETAILS ✷ Ingredients: All Organic or Wild Harvested Red Raspberry Leaf, Stinging Nettle, Oatstraw, Chamomile, Spearmint, Alfalfa, Orange Peel, Rosehips, and Rose Petals. Directions: Add about 1 tsp of herbs to a tea ball, infuser, or add directly to water to strain later, and place into steaming water. (Or pour water over herbs, either way!) Add a drop of honey or natural sweetener, to taste. Let steep for a minimum of 15 minutes, but the longer the better! It will continue to make a stronger and stronger tea, in turn providing more and more benefits for mother and baby! The closer to your due date, the longer I usually steep it! (At 32 weeks, I steep for atleast an hour, then after 34 weeks, I begin steeping for about 4 hours, then at 37+ weeks I will steep overnight or 24 hours!)
