Freebies to Improve our Health!


  • Start improving your health & overall life by these simple (and mostly FREE)  changes you can apply TODAY:

  • Get sunlight in your eyes as soon as you wake up, and go ahead and drink room temp water with lemon and sea salt first thing on your empty stomach. 

  • Open your windows in that stuffy house!

  • Before eating, drinking, or applying any products in or on your amazing body, ask yourself, "Will this help me become my best future self??" !

  • Freeze leftovers instead of letting them ruin on day 3!

  • Eat without looking at a screen, instead you can look at your people!

  • Cook at home more. Grow a garden, even in little pots, it doesn't matter! 

  • Oil Pull (swish vigorously for as long as you can, up to 15 minutes!) with Organic Olive Oil and a few drops of Clove Essential Oil. (Can use coconut oil in a pinch, but I prefer a good quality Olive Oil for this!) I do this while in the shower! Make sure to spit in the trash can, not the drain!

  • Take the stairs!!

  • Reduce any processed packaged foods.. avoid all if possible! (This is a huge category, so please dive deep and wide into this rabbit hole... seed oils, sugar, chemicals, and preservatives, and now even more scary things they are putting in and on the grocery store foods in the USA!!)

  • You MUST have clean water. Spring or reverse osmosis (We use an AquaTru Glass filtered Carafe!)

  • QUIT using fragrance!! (This means everywhere! Laundry, perfume, lotions, body wash, etc!!) Use naturally scented items using light essential oils. 

  • Make sure you're not living in mold! If the test comes back positive, remediate it or move!

  • Dry skin brush! Bounce on a rebounder or wiggle on a plate! Lymph is life!

  • Stay positive, even when facing challenges, knowing that our Creator, Jehovah, will soon put an end to this terrible system of things!  Revelation 21:3,4 

  • Stand more, sit less. Also, when you're standing more, check your posture...starting with your feet and toes. Maybe do some stretches in your spine and shoulders. Feet and toe health can change your entire life...get those toes SPREAD!!

  • Carry and lift over your head heavy things! Make daily chores an exercise!

  • Spray Magnesium on your legs and inner arms before bed! #Bestsleepever

  • Simplify your schedule, and slow down to enjoy those small little moments!

  • Walk barefoot outside as often as you can!

  • Teach your kids skills that matter, and that won't be replaced with Artificial Intelligence! 

  • Pray everyday to our amazing God. Give thanks, and pray for his will to be done soon!

  • Breathe through your nose, not your mouth! --Still working on this one for me! so hard with my weak jawline!

  • Walk every day... please, at least. Optimal would be some good rotation of stretches that you do daily.

  • Practice being happy with what you have!!  I promise it's a beautiful life if you just look close enough!!
