Ingredients: Pure Magnesium + Distilled & structured Water
Directions: Spray onto legs or inner arms, rub onto temples as needed daily, especially before bed.
Size: 2 or 4 fluid ounce cobalt blue glass bottle with sprayer +lid.
Based on our formula and a typical fine-mist sprayer, each spritz delivers approximately 2 mg of elemental magnesium.
Our magnesium spray is approximately a 10% magnesium chloride solution, made with magnesium chloride flakes sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed.

✷ WHAT TO EXPECT ✷
Tingling is normal. A mild tingling or warm sensation on application is a common response to transdermal magnesium — it simply means your skin is absorbing it. It typically fades within a few minutes and lessens with regular use.
Sensitive or reactive skin? Try diluting first. Mix a small amount of the spray with water (a 1:1 ratio is a good starting point) to reduce intensity while still getting the benefit. You can gradually work up to full strength as your skin adjusts.
Patch test recommended. Before applying broadly, spray a small amount on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours. This is especially important if you have sensitive skin.
Avoid broken, freshly shaved, or irritated skin. Apply to intact skin only — freshly shaved or compromised skin can make the tingling more intense or uncomfortable.
